Dans un tel r\u00e9gime, la dissociation de l&#8217;air devient significative et l&#8217;augmentation des charges thermiques constitue une menace extr\u00eame pour le v\u00e9hicule. Les phases de vol hypersonique se produisent lors de la rentr\u00e9e dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;espace ou lors d&#8217;un vol atmosph\u00e9rique propuls\u00e9\/entretenu par une fus\u00e9e, un stator\u00e9acteur ou une propulsion \u00e0 cycle combin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette classe de syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;armes comprend les missiles de frappe lanc\u00e9s par voie a\u00e9rienne (HCM), les v\u00e9hicules de rentr\u00e9e en vol plan\u00e9 man\u0153uvrables (HGV), les tueurs de navires sol-mer et les avions de frappe post-stealth.
